Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site Site Supervisor role located in Kasaragod. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily project activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to project timelines. The role includes supervising construction and installation of optical fiber networks, managing teams, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring proper resource allocation throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising construction or telecom infrastructure projects, including optical fiber cable (OFC) laying and network implementation.
- Proficiency in team management, resource allocation, and coordination with clients and contractors.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction and telecom projects.
- Ability to maintain detailed project records and adhere to project timelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kasaragod for the duration of the contract.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the telecom or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
