At House of Forms, we believe good design deserves good execution. We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being on site as much as we enjoy designing it.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our projects are executed as intended, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining the quality our studio is known for.
Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities across residential and commercial projects.
* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and design intent.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the design team.
* Monitor project timelines and site progress.
* Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site issues.
* Verify measurements and maintain accurate site records.
* Report project updates, delays, and challenges to the design team.
* Ensure safety and site discipline are maintained.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in site supervision for interior or architectural projects.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of interior fit-outs and construction processes.
* Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
* Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Surat.
