Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor at our office in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing construction crews, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, supervising site safety, ensuring quality control, and resolving any on-site issues. This role demands strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail to achieve project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, construction processes, timelines, and site management skills
- Ability to monitor material usage, manage labor teams, and maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective collaboration with teams, clients, and vendors
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for handling on-site challenges
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints, architectural plans, and technical drawings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior design or construction (preferred)
