Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Kanpur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage on-site personnel, coordinate and monitor work schedules to ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain safety and quality standards. The responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and contractors, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, and managing on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The role requires close attention to detail and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership abilities to direct and oversee on-site operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and resources effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance in construction or interior design projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, contractors, and clients
- Basic knowledge of inventory and material management
- Proficiency in reporting progress and documentation
- Experience in home décor, interior design, or construction industries is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field
