Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in North Goa. The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site workers; monitoring material usage and quality; and reporting progress, issues, and risks to project management. The role involves conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, resolving day-to-day construction challenges, and supporting the delivery of high-end interior and construction projects to the required quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision for interior or construction projects, including coordinating multiple trades and managing daily site activities.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, quality standards, and basic site safety practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly with project managers, architects, designers, vendors, and site teams, and to maintain accurate site records.
- Proficiency in basic project reporting, time management, and problem-solving to handle on-site issues efficiently.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Interior Construction, or a related field; relevant certification in site management or safety is an advantage.
- Prior experience with luxury or high-finish projects in residential or commercial spaces is preferred.
- Comfort working full time on-site in North Goa and willingness to adhere to company processes and quality expectations.
