Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring project timelines and safety standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating team members, monitoring equipment and material usage, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety protocols, and maintaining progress reports to update stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership to effectively resolve on-site challenges and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Project coordination, team management, and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of biogas and biomass technologies or similar renewable energy solutions
- Proficiency in safety and compliance standards related to bioenergy projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic working conditions
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- Prior experience in bioenergy, renewable energy, or construction projects is an asset
