ROLE OVERVIEW:
Site Supervisor - Packaging Operations
Location: Various project sites across India
Employment Type: Full-time On-Site
Europack is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site packaging and operational activities at client locations across India. This role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering who are eager to build hands-on experience in site operations, team coordination and project execution.
The Site Supervisor will ensure that packaging and related operations are carried out efficiently, safely and in line with client requirements and company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations related to packaging and logistics activities
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational standards
- Monitor project timelines, manpower utilization and workflow efficiency
- Maintain records of inventory, materials and site resources
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Identify and resolve on-site operational challenges in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement in site processes and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, operations or related roles will also be considered
- Basic understanding of safety practices, quality standards and operational workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation / reporting tools
