Role Description
Epitome Designs is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations across interior projects in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams, ensuring quality execution, maintaining project timelines, supervising materials, and enforcing on-site safety standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong execution knowledge, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete interior site execution from project initiation to final handover
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and design specifications
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, finishing details, and project timelines
- Manage materials, manpower, and daily site activities efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth workflow coordination
- Ensure proper safety practices, cleanliness, and discipline on-site
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients and management teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works
- Ability to read and understand working drawings and layouts
- Good understanding of materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, gypsum, paint, tiles, and related finishes
- Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently
Job Details
Position: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
