Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and manage on-site teams efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining timelines, safety standards, and coordination between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and
specifications
- Monitor labor productivity and manage contractors/
vendors
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and compliance
standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project
managers
- Track project progress and report regularly to senior
management
- Ensure timely material availability and usage control
Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction
projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials,
and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)
