Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be an integral part of the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Managers. The role involves supervising and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring project execution aligns with design plans, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to execute tasks effectively.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and
safety protocols.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly in consultation with the Project Manager.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site for the Project Management team.
• Update the Project Manager regularly on work progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Track and manage materials at the site to avoid shortages or wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials as required.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, site issues, and progress reports.
• Assist in documenting any changes or deviations in the original plans.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety briefings and monitor adherence to safety standards on-site.
Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interior design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
