This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operational tasks, ensure project timelines are met, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining safety standards, and communicating progress reports. You will also troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to optimize site functionality.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Team Supervision skills to oversee daily site operations and manage staff effectively
- Proficiency in Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and compliance protocols
- Ability to manage time effectively and uphold high standards for quality and accuracy
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in site supervision, construction, or operational management is highly preferred
