This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will coordinate and oversee daily operational activities, manage on-site teams, and ensure compliance with company protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, resolving on-ground issues, maintaining records, and reporting on project status. The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between the team and management, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and addressing any challenges proactively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address operational challenges effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for workplace environments
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and reporting
- Proficiency in handling operational tools and basic computer skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Preferred: Experience in digital or brand protection services
