Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for remote work. The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, manage project timelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include monitoring on-site workers, troubleshooting issues, conducting quality checks, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring project completion within deadlines. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and site supervision skills, including managing timelines and schedules
- Proficiency in communication and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards relevant to construction and installation projects
- Basic technical understanding of modular furniture installation and space optimization
- Ability to analyze project specifications and troubleshoot operational challenges effectively
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in site supervision, especially in furniture installation or interior projects, is an advantage
