Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Vadodara. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing flooring installations, managing site operations, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that all work adheres to schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising installation processes, inspecting completed work, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with clients to address site-specific requirements and concerns. The role may involve managing resources, troubleshooting challenges, and preparing progress reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site supervision and hands-on knowledge of flooring installations or related work
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively coordinate site activities
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to ensure compliance on-site
- Good communication and client interaction skills for addressing project-related requirements
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to tackle on-site challenges efficiently
- Technical understanding of industrial flooring or coatings and related materials is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to be hands-on at project sites with a proactive attitude towards learning and executing tasks
