Role Description
The Site Supervisor at Arcane Studio will oversee and manage on-site activities to ensure projects are executed to predetermined standards and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring project progress, enforcing safety guidelines, managing materials and resources, and resolving on-site challenges efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in site supervision, project management, and coordinating construction activities.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction practices.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to construction projects.
- Familiarity with tools and software for tracking progress and managing resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
- Prior experience in site supervision or construction project management is highly desirable.
