Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing site operations, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves problem-solving, reporting progress to management, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Site Supervision skills, including the ability to oversee on-site operations, manage teams, and enforce project timelines.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality compliance processes.
- Technical understanding of floor planning, civil engineering, and architectural work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is an asset.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Experience in commercial and residential construction projects is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
