Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Jaipur. The Site Supervisor will oversee the installation and maintenance of solar plant projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, supervising on-site operations, and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Team Coordination skills
- Technical expertise in solar plant systems and installation processes
- Experience in Quality Control and adherence to safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and travel if required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in solar plant projects will be advantageous
