Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently. Duties include managing staff schedules, monitoring product quality, maintaining workplace safety protocols, and overseeing project deadlines while coordinating with designers and other team members. This role also involves troubleshooting operational challenges to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, task delegation, and workflow coordination
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of fashion production processes, particularly in garment manufacturing
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the fashion or garment manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance
