Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site. The role involves coordinating manpower, contractors, and materials to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily site activities for civil and finishing works.
· Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from Site Engineer/Project Manager.
· Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
· Monitor workmanship quality and report issues immediately.
· Ensure materials are used properly and minimize wastage.
· Maintain daily site progress records and labor attendance.
· Support Site Engineer in measurements, inspections, and bill verification.
· Enforce safety practices and housekeeping standards on site.
· Assist in timely completion of activities as per project schedule.
Requirements:
· Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
· Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.
· Strong hands-on experience in civil and finishing works.
· Ability to read basic drawings and understand site instructions.
· Good coordination and people-management skills.
· Experience in residential or commercial building projects preferred.
