Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites. The candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor labor work, contractors, and material usage.
- Ensure project work is completed as per drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and project managers.
- Maintain site safety and discipline.
- Check quality of construction work and report issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and attendance records.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
- Handle site inspections and resolve on-site problems.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to read drawings and plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.
- Problem-solving and team handling ability.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
