Role Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client’s team in Cherukunnu, Kerala. This is a full time, on site role where the selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily construction and interior installation activities and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
The Site Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors while monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials used on site. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, tracking project timelines, and resolving operational issues that arise during the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day to day interior installation activities on site.
· Ensure all work is executed according to architectural drawings, structural plans, and project specifications.
· Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
· Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.
· Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and documentation related to project activities.
· Track project progress against timelines and flag potential delays to the project team.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards, site regulations, and construction best practices.
· Identify and resolve on site issues while coordinating with architects or the design team for clarifications when required.
· Assist in ensuring proper use of materials and resources to maintain efficiency and avoid wastage.
· Support communication between site teams, engineers, architects, and clients where necessary.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
· Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in site supervision for residential or commercial construction projects.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building techniques.
· Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
· Experience in managing contractors, labor teams, and vendors on site.
· Good knowledge of construction safety standards and site compliance requirements.
· Strong organizational and reporting skills to maintain site documentation and progress tracking.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to on site challenges.
