We are looking for a
Site Supervisor with experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior installations to oversee site execution and ensure smooth project completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with designers, installers, and clients to ensure quality work and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
- Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and other modular furniture at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
Coordination
- Coordinate with design team, production team, and installation vendors.
- Communicate with clients regarding installation schedules and site readiness.
- Ensure availability of materials and fittings at site before installation.
Quality Control
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and installation quality of modular products.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues during installation.
- Ensure work follows company quality standards.
Reporting
- Provide daily or weekly progress reports to the management.
- Maintain records of installation progress and pending tasks.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision for modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior projects.
- Basic understanding of modular furniture installation and site measurements.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with interior design or modular furniture companies.
- Knowledge of hardware fittings, accessories, and modular installation processes.
