We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and finishing of high-end residential projects including luxury villas, boutique homes, farmhouses, and bespoke residences. The ideal candidate will ensure superior execution quality, coordinate with contractors and consultants, maintain timelines, and uphold premium construction standards from structure to final finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at luxury residential project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design intent.
- Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, landscape, and interior works for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards suitable for premium residential projects.
Quality Control
- Inspect ongoing works including masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, woodwork, stone installation, painting, and premium finishes.
- Ensure use of approved materials and proper construction methodologies.
- Identify and rectify execution issues proactively.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain snag lists.
Project Coordination
- Prepare and track daily/weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources on site.
- Assist project managers in achieving milestones and delivery timelines.
Site Management
- Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Record daily site progress and prepare status reports.
- Monitor labor productivity and site efficiency.
- Handle client/site visit coordination professionally.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, measurements, work updates, and material logs.
- Report delays, technical issues, and progress updates to management.
- Assist in billing verification and quantity checks where required.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant construction field.
- 5–10 years of experience in luxury residential construction.
- Experience in villas, farmhouses, boutique homes, or premium interior fit-outs preferred.
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes, detailing, and residential construction standards.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools is an advantage.
