Role Description
The Site Supervisor – Cafeteria & F&B Operations owns daily food-service operations at our one of our Corporate site in Baner PunePune. This full-time, on-site role covers supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinating food preparation and service, and ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards. You will monitor service quality, manage food vendors and client/stakeholder communication, and resolve guest feedback to keep satisfaction high. You will also organise staff schedules, support training, manage inventory and basic cost controls, maintain accurate operational records and audit support, and work with central management on process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and practical experience in cafeteria or hotel F&B operations.
- Thorough Food Safety expertise, including familiarity with FSSAI regulations and hygiene best practices.
- Effective Team Leadership and Training skills to supervise staff, build capability, and maintain performance standards.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and deliver a welcoming dining experience.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field; prior supervisory experience in F&B or corporate cafeteria operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by cafeteria operations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and familiarity with POS or cafeteria management systems is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in cafeteria, catering, food-service, or facility operations (corporate-site experience preferred).
