Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, India, for a Site Supervisor specializing in interiors. The role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with clients, designers, and vendors, supervising the execution of design plans, ensuring that projects are completed within stipulated timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality. The Site Supervisor will also ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients, designers, and vendors
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee day-to-day site operations
- Proficiency in conducting Research and staying updated with interior design trends and techniques
- Ability to provide on-site Training and support to workers to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in interior design or construction is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction projects
