Job Title: Site Supervisor
Project Location: Bangalore
Role Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for on-site execution of turnkey healthcare projects. This role requires strong coordination across architectural, interior, MEP, AV, and IT works to ensure seamless delivery of functional, training-ready environments as per approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end site execution for healthcare projects
- Ensure execution aligns with approved architectural, interior, MEP, AV, and coordination drawings
- Coordinate with:
- Interior and civil contractors
- Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire agencies
- AV, IT, networking, and low-voltage system vendors
- Ensure accurate execution of partitions, acoustic treatments, wall finishes, ceilings, flooring, and joinery as per healthcare requirements
- Monitor layout marking, service coordination, and clash-free execution on site
- Ensure adherence to approved materials and mock-ups
- Track daily progress, manpower deployment, and site productivity
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, dry runs, and final handover
- Maintain protection of completed work and healthcare-grade site cleanliness
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Execution, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare, institutional, or lab interior projects
- Proven experience in coordination-intensive site environments
- Ability to read and execute detailed coordination drawings
- Familiarity with AV, IT, medical equipment, and services integration (preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
