About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer Lead (SRE) to drive reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence across mission-critical cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience managing production environments with 99.9%+ availability targets, designing and operationalizing SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets, and deep expertise in Kubernetes and modern cloud-native architectures.
This role requires an engineer who can confidently troubleshoot complex distributed systems, lead incident response efforts, and provide clear, technically sound solutions under production pressure.
· 8 to 11 years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Engineering.
· Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.
· Proven ownership of services with 99.9%+ uptime commitments.
· Demonstrated experience creating and managing SLOs and Error Budgets.
· Deep troubleshooting expertise in Kubernetes-based production systems.
· Experience handling Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents.
· Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
· Hands-on cloud platform administration experience.
