✅ What We Need (Non-Negotiable):
• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations
• Strong AWS experience supporting production environments
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and Git fundamentals
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, kOps, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and PagerDuty
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm
• Ability to work within structured operational processes and SLAs
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-driven mindset with strong learning attitude

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Monitor and support production & staging environments
• Respond to incidents, perform triage, RCA, and remediation
• Participate in on-call rotations with defined SLAs
• Maintain and improve monitoring, dashboards, logs, alerts, and metrics
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows
• Build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and containerized workloads
• Support Infrastructure as Code and environment improvements
• Handle operational requests from internal engineering teams

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer / SysOps Administrator)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS environments
