Key Responsibilities
- Design AI monitoring dashboards
- Track latency, errors, drift, and usage patterns
- Define alerting thresholds
- Support incident analysis
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in observability or platform engineering
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor)
- Knowledge of Machine Learning model training, validation, and evaluation metrics (precision, recall, accuracy, etc)
- Knowledge of Performance Testing
Behavioral & Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Experience working within Agile/DevOps environments.
