SRE Manager (Support | Non-Production Environments)

We are looking for an experienced SRE Manager to lead reliability engineering for non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging), driving a shift from traditional support to an automated, self-healing SRE model. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of critical applications, especially within the banking/financial domain.
You will lead initiatives around automation, observability, and incident management, define and track SLIs/SLOs, and drive root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues. The role involves transforming support processes by reducing manual interventions through CI/CD, scripting (Python/Java), and DevOps best practices across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem environments.
You will also mentor and manage SRE teams, collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams, and ensure seamless environment availability for faster release cycles. Strong experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), ITIL processes, and application support is essential.
