Job Description

Provides first line technical support for developers onboarding on to enterprise DevSecOps tools. Troubleshoots pipeline, build, configuration, and access issues. Manages tickets and partners with platform teams to maintain reliable tool operations and improve developer experience.

• Serve as primary contact for onboarding projects and teams onto enterprise Dev Sec Ops tools.

• Troubleshoot configuration errors, permissions, environment setup.

• Triage, resolve, or escalate support tickets within defined SLAs.

• Reproduce issues and document clear steps for escalation when needed.

• Maintain knowledge base content, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

• Collaborate with Dev Sec Ops platform teams to report defects, validate fixes, and support tool updates or migrations.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years in technical support/SRE, DevOps, build engineering, or related role.

• Working knowledge of Jenkins.

• Experience with Git and build automation.

• JFrog Artifactory

• CI/CD fundamentals

• Ability to troubleshoot Linux/Windows build environments and scripts.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting large scale DevOps platforms.

• Exposure to artifact management (Artifactory), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and security scanning tools.

• Understanding of monitoring/logging systems for troubleshooting.

• AWS Certification

• Background in: Product Security

• Compliance automation

• Hardware + software DevOps

• Industry experience (big plus): Intel, Broadcom, Qualcomm
