Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineering Professional, you will specialize in reliability and resiliency with a mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, problem determination, advising, designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining well-engineered information systems and ecosystems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyze Business Needs: Analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing system reliability and resiliency. This involves understanding business goals, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Design and Build Systems: Design, build, test, and deploy changes to ensure the reliability and resiliency of information systems and ecosystems. This includes applying software and systems knowledge to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Maintain Ecosystems: Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of information systems and ecosystems. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and implementing changes to prevent future occurrences.
- Advise Stakeholders: Provide expert advice to stakeholders on reliability and resiliency best practices, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are aligned with industry standards.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Software and Systems Knowledge: Experience with software and systems design, development, and deployment, including scalability and maintainability considerations.
- Reliability and Resiliency Expertise: Experience in analyzing and improving system reliability and resiliency, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Information Systems Maintenance: Experience with maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting, problem resolution, and change implementation, to ensure smooth system operation.
- Technical Advisory Skills: Experience providing expert advice to stakeholders on technical matters, including reliability and resiliency best practices and industry standards.
- Ecosystem Design and Deployment: Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying changes to information systems and ecosystems to ensure reliability and resiliency.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Advanced Software Knowledge: Experience with software design, development, and deployment, including expertise in scalability and maintainability considerations, to create well-engineered information systems and ecosystems.
