As a part of the Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the rapidly evolving solar energy sector.

Job Location – Maharashtra
Role Description
This role will require you to work on site at our open access project locations in Maharashtra ( currently in Sholapur and Ahilyanagar districts) as well as rooftop solar sites in and around Pune. The Project Engineer will be responsible for project management, project engineering, project planning, and utilizing electrical engineering skills to implement solar energy solutions. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The Project Engineer will be required to work on-site at plant locations in the state of Maharashtra and ensure timely and quality project implementation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of ground mounted open access solar and rooftop solar projects
- Proficiency in project management, engineering, design and supervision
- Proficiency in solar design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD and other relevant tools
- Strong project planning abilities
- Background in electrical engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering or related field
- Must understand engineering designs and drawings, and be proficient in design software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD
- Experience: 3+ years
