Role: Site Manager – Roll Shop (Cold Rolling Mill)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead Roll Shop operations at our project sites (TSK / JSOL). This is a leadership role involving complete ownership of site execution, team management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Roll Shop operations at site (Cold Rolling Mill)
- Lead and supervise manpower, shift planning, and deployment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices
- Coordinate with client teams for smooth execution and reporting
- Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines of work
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation
- Handle on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Roll Shop of a Cold Rolling Mill
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (Site Manager / Shift Incharge / Area Manager)
- Strong understanding of Roll Shop operations and processes
- Experience in handling teams and working in client-facing roles
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)
Additional Notes:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with hands-on experience in CRM Roll Shop operations will be prioritized
- This is a high-ownership role with strong growth potential within the organization
