Role Description
The Site Manager โ Wind Projects will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of wind energy projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety protocols.
This is a full-time, ๐จ๐ง-๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ role that involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
โข Manage complete site execution of wind projects
โข Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor workforce
โข Ensure execution as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards
โข Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
โข Track daily progress and maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports)
โข Enforce safety standards and ensure proper site management practices
โข Handle client coordination and support site inspections
โข Verify measurements and assist in billing processes
