About the Role
Pushp India Limited is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Site Manager – Retail & Warehouse Projects to lead onsite execution for retail fit-out, warehouse, and commercial projects across India. The role involves complete ownership of site operations, coordination with onsite teams, maintaining timelines and quality standards, and ensuring seamless project delivery from initiation to handover.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail and warehouse project execution and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onsite execution of retail, warehouse, and commercial projects
- Supervise daily site activities, onsite teams, and labour
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, mall teams, warehouse stakeholders, and internal teams
- Track project progress and proactively resolve onsite challenges and contingencies
- Manage material procurement, planning, receipt, storage, and utilization at site
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and maintain execution quality across all project stages
- Prepare and share regular project status reports with management and clients
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline protocols
- Coordinate final snag closure and project handover
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail and warehouse project execution is mandatory
- Strong understanding of retail interiors, fit-outs, warehouse execution, and onsite coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines simultaneously
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and execution capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project reporting, BOQs, and reading technical drawings
Preferred Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2-8 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or commercial project/site execution
- Experience handling retail stores, dark stores, warehouses, QSRs, or commercial interiors will be preferred
