About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Manager to drive day-to-day execution of interior fitout projects. You will ensure work progresses as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards while coordinating closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Execution: Execute daily work plans; manage work packages (civil, ceiling, flooring, partitions, joinery, MEP); ensure proper sequencing and coordination
· On-Site Supervision: Monitor site activities against drawings; conduct regular inspections; track contractor performance and escalate issues
· Quality & Safety: Perform stage-wise quality checks; ensure safety compliance and site discipline; support snag closure before handover
· Coordination: Support client visits; coordinate with design teams for drawing clarifications; ensure latest drawings are followed
· Documentation: Maintain site reports, measurement sheets, and trackers; support DPR, MIR, billing inputs, and BOQ validation
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior / Construction Management
· 3–6 years of experience in interior fitout or construction execution
· Strong understanding of interior work packages
· Ability to read drawings and BOQs
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
