Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility located in Dwarka. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and managing on-site activities, ensuring operational efficiency, supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional duties include monitoring inventory levels, managing vendor relationships, and promptly addressing any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management experience, including planning, organization, and supervision of daily site activities
- Proficient in inventory management, vendor management, and maintaining operational efficiency
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including warehousing, cross-docking, and first/last mile delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using technology for operational efficiency and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in managing warehouse or logistics operations is highly desirable
