Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Site Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and maintain high-quality design and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors, managing project timelines, supervising work progress, and addressing challenges promptly to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including scheduling and resource planning
- Proficiency in supervising on-site activities and managing teams
- Technical expertise design standards, safety regulations, and quality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with design and architectural processess.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in site management or a similar role is highly desirable
