Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Lead Transport Operation based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and managing employee transportation operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with service standards, managing fleet operations, and resolving operational challenges. The Site Lead will also provide training to team members, prepare and analyze reports, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in research and exceptional project management capabilities for identifying gaps and optimizing transportation operations
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery
- Knowledge of the corporate mobility industry and understanding of fleet management best practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields
- Ability to manage on-site operations and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
