Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Lead for Employee Transportation to join our team at our Noida location. This on-site role involves end-to-end management of employee transportation operations, including organizing transportation schedules, overseeing fleet operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Site Lead will serve as the first point of contact for resolving any transportation issues, manage communication with stakeholders such as fleet operators, and monitor daily operations for efficiency. Additional responsibilities include tracking operational performance, preparing reports, and suggesting process improvements for enhanced employee satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Operational Management: Experience in transportation management, fleet coordination, and vendor management.
- Analytical & Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis, operational diagnostics, and preparing detailed reports related to transportation efficiency.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and a team effectively.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies in transportation operations and implement practical solutions for better outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with transportation management systems and basic understanding of technology platforms in mobility.
- Preferred: Previous experience in the employee transportation sector, understanding of regulatory compliance, and knowledge of electric vehicle integration is advantageous.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
