Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Site Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Site Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate transportation logistics, and manage the performance of teams and drivers. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure top-quality customer experiences, and uphold safety standards. The Site Lead will also be responsible for conducting periodic training sessions, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and resolve customer inquiries.
- Experience in Research and the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Proven Project Management skills to manage schedules, teams, and transportation logistics efficiently.
- Capability to organize and conduct Training sessions to maintain high operational standards and team performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Min 2 Years of experience in fleet management or ground operations
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
