Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Lead based in Chennai. The Site Lead will oversee daily operations related to employee commute management, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing transportation schedules, resolving operational challenges, training teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will also involve analyzing data to improve processes and providing strategic insights to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience in Research and analytical skills to identify improvements and drive operational excellence
- Proven Project Management expertise, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks effectively
- Training and leadership capabilities to guide and develop team members
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in managing operations in transportation, facility management, or a similar domain is preferred
