Site Incharge (Under Officer)

Location: Karol Bagh / Patel Nagar / Central Delhi

Department: Civil / Construction

Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred), Fresher With Good Academics

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Officer
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site records
Assist Officer in measurements, billing data, and documentation
Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage
Enforce safety practices and site discipline
Identify site issues and report to the Officer for timely resolution
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of civil construction (RCC, finishing, etc.)
Ability to read drawings and layouts
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
Record-keeping and reporting ability

Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil) or relevant field
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in government or infrastructure projects
Ability to manage site operations under Officer supervision
