Role Description
The Site HR Manager for the Cold Storage Warehouse Project Site will oversee all HR functions and ensure smooth operations at the site. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, employee recruitment, policy implementation, managing employee relations, monitoring compliance, and facilitating training and development initiatives. The role involves handling payroll, performance evaluation systems, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Vavdi, Rajkot District, Gujarat.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the project site
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support recruitment and onboarding of site employees and workers
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors for manpower planning
- Monitor discipline, safety compliance, and workplace conduct
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities at the site
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in site HR, warehouse, construction, or industrial projects preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Ability to work independently at project sites
