Key Responsibilities
1.Manage end-to-end site HR operations including site employees and contract labor.
2.Maintain attendance, leave records, and manpower planning for project sites.
3.Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, statutory deductions, and ensure timely submission to HO.
4.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, and other applicable labor laws.
5.Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations at site.
6.Support contractor management and ensure statutory compliance of contractors.
7.Maintain employee documentation, personal files, and HRMIS updates.
8.Conduct employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.
9.Assist in audits, inspections, and statutory filings related to labor compliance.
10.Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines at site.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling contract labor management.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently at site locations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate or work at project site Mahabubnagar, Telangana.
