Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support manufacturing operations by driving workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and industrial relations. The role involves partnering with business leaders to ensure a compliant, productive, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and HR strategy
- Drive performance management and appraisal cycles
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Manage industrial relations and statutory compliance
- Handle grievance management and union relations
- Support talent development and succession planning
