Role Description
The Site Head - Sales will oversee all sales activities at the Noida location in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves driving sales performance, managing client accounts, formulating sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. It also includes analyzing market trends, managing client interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Site Head will report to leadership and play a vital role in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Handle client interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with developers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor site performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
• Train and mentor team members.
Requirements:
• Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate sales
• Experience in handling mandate projects preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
