Role Expectations
The selected candidate will be responsible for complete site-level sales leadership, revenue generation, premium client management, and business execution for high-ticket-size residential inventory exceeding ₹5 Crore.
The role requires a mature professional capable of independently driving sales performance, managing large teams, coordinating across departments, handling business pressure, and ensuring execution within committed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete sales operations for the assigned project site
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Handle HNI and premium walk-in clients professionally
- Manage sourcing, closing, and site sales teams
- Develop strong broker and channel partner network
- Ensure lead management, site visits, follow-ups, and closures
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Management teams
- Maintain sales MIS, inventory reports, and forecasting
- Handle escalations and support critical deal closures
- Ensure smooth operational discipline and customer experience at site
Required Candidate Profile
- 10 to 18 years of experience in Mumbai real estate sales
- Mandatory redevelopment sales experience
- Proven experience handling premium residential inventory and ₹5 Cr+ ticket size sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in target-driven and deadline-oriented environment
- Candidates from reputed Mumbai developers preferred
