🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end Paint Shop Operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Manage Robotic Chassis Paint Lines, Top Coat Lines & Powder Coating Operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, process parameters & customer requirements.
• Monitor paint consumption, material utilization, rejection, rework & process efficiency.
• Lead manpower planning, shift management & workforce productivity.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase & Supply Chain teams.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, paint optimization & material efficiency.
• Monitor equipment/line performance and minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety, environmental & statutory requirements.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Review MIS, production reports, quality reports & operational KPIs.
• Lead, mentor & develop paint shop teams while maintaining strong shop-floor discipline.
• Handle customer/internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Provide regular performance updates and operational insights to senior management.

🎓 CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in electrical only
• 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive/manufacturing paint shop operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple paint lines and large shop-floor teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in robotic painting, top coat & powder coating will be preferred.
